“双区驱动”战略下高校科技创新提升路径探究——以佛山为例

目前,广东正在加快推动“双区”建设,“双区”建设要求深入实施创新驱动发展战略。高校是科技创新的中坚力量,佛山高校开展科技创新还存在一些薄弱环节,如高校科技创新科研氛围不够浓厚、运行基础不够牢固、服务体系不够健全等。“双区驱动”战略下,佛山高校要破除思想障碍、营造科技创新生态环境,加强团队建设、建立科技创新人才战略,重构服务体系、深化科技创新改革机制,服务社会发展、促进科技创新成果转化,从而全面提高城市科技创新水平。

Colleges and universities are the backbone of scientific and technological innovation. Foshan colleges and universities still have some weak links in carrying out scientific and technological innovation, such as the lack of a strong scientific and technological innovation atmosphere in colleges and universities, the lack of a solid operating foundation, and the lack of a sound service system. Under the strategy of "dual zone driving", Foshan universities should break down ideological barriers, create an ecological environment for scientific and technological innovation, strengthen team building, establish a strategy for scientific and technological innovation talents, restructure the service system, deepen the reform mechanism for scientific and technological innovation, serve social development, promote the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements, so as to comprehensively improve the level of urban scientific and technological innovation.
