数据资产理论发展及实践现状探索

随着数字科技与实体经济的深度融合,数据资产实践在近两三年迎来了快速发展期。本文通过整理和归纳数据资产理论研究,比较中国、美国、欧盟的数据资产政策,梳理数据资产发展现状,提出了一些促进数据资产发展的建议。

With the deep combination of digital technology and real economy, data assets has entered a rapid development period in recent two to three years. By collecting and reviewing the research in data assets theory, comparing the data assets policies between China, America and Europe, summarizing the current situations of data assets development, this paper finally gives some suggestions of how to promote data assets development.
