建党百年基于“四史”学习高校青年教师理想信念教育再认识

Ideal and Belief Education of Young Teachers in Universities Based on Learning the“Four Histories of the CPC”from the Perspective of the Centennial Founding of the Party

以建党百年“四史”学习教育为研究视角,以坚定高校青年教师理想信念为出发点,从时代背景、理想信念内涵解读及时代认同、高校青年教师理想信念存在的主要问题的原因及坚定理想信念的重要意义进行分析,探讨建党百年之际,如何通过认真学习“四史”,培养高校青年教师历史眼光,坚定理想信念,增强时代担当,增强坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的坚定性和坚定走社会主义道路的自觉性,在党的领导下走好新时代的长征路,为推进中华民族伟大复兴不懈奋斗。

From the perspective of“Four Histories of the CPC”learning and education in the centenary of the founding of the CPC,it started with the reinforcement of the ideals and beliefs of young teachers in colleges and universities,analyzed the main existing problems and reasons as well as the significance of the steadfastness of their ideals and beliefs and discusses in this paper.In the light of the 100th anniversary of the CPC founding,it gave how to foster their historical visions and responsibilities,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,enhance their firmly consciousness of China Socialist Road and their steadfastness in adhering to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era.Under the leadership of our party,young teachers in universities take the Long March Road of the New Era and make unremitting efforts to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation by learning well the histories of the CPC,the Reform and Opening-up as well as Socialist Development across Chinese society.
