绿色革命下中国“双碳”现状及其实现路径分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Realization Path of China“CarbonPeaking and Carbon Neutrality”under the Green Revolution

在国家“双碳”战略下,经济社会发展面临全新的挑战。当前碳排放形势如何有效走好低碳减排之路是亟须探索与研究的关键问题。通过结合当前国内碳排放形势,对如何实现“双碳”目标进行思考,首先采用政策文本、数据统计等研究方法,从能源结构、产业结构、科技创新、人才培养四个角度分析“双碳”目标下中国现状,然后分析国外部分发达国家低碳减排的成功经验,进而从制度、政策、科技、人才、国际合作五个方面提出相应建议,为我国进一步推进“双碳”战略,实现经济社会高质量发展提供参考。

Under the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy,economic and social development is facing a new challenge.This is a key issue that needs to be explored and researched in the light of the current carbon emission situation.By considering how to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in the context of the current domestic carbon emission situation,it firstly analyzed the current situation in China under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals from four perspectives,such as energy structure,industrial structure,scientific and technological innovation,and talent training,and then analysed the successful experiences of some foreign developed countries in low carbon emission reduction.Then it put forward corresponding suggestions from five aspects,system,policy,science and technology,talents and international cooperation,in order to provide reference for China to further promote the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy and achieve high-quality economic and social development.
