摘要 设计了一种用于深水海管回收工具,包括卡爪、中心结构、液压缸、可调节限位顶针、集成阀块和ROV hot stab接口等结构设计和液压原理设计,并进行有限元计算分析。该设备适用于多个不同管径海管的回收,成功地解决了深水海管回收的技术难题,促进了海洋石油工程领域装备与技术的发展。 This paper designs a kind of deepwater pipeline recovery tool(PRT),including claws,the center structure,the hydraulic cylinder,the adjustable limitation thimble,integrated valve,and the remotely operated vehicle(ROV)hot stab.It also performs finite element analysis after structure design and hydraulic principle design.This equipment can be used to the recovery of submarine pipelines with different diameters,successfully solving the technical problems of deepwater submarine pipeline recovery,and promoting the development of equipment and technology in offshore oil engineering.
