摘要
大型工程的海上运输和设备设施的安装,需要充分考虑当地海域的环境条件,并提前在船舶运动的操作限制的情况下进行设计和规划。以南海某工程为例,提出了基于长期数据统计特征的海上作业气候窗的分析方法,并给出了考虑波高季节变化、台风月度影响频次、日出现概率,以及考虑了台风强度季节变化的设计结果。本研究对南海大型海上安装、作业气候窗的分析计算方法具有一定借鉴意义。
The installation of marine transportation and equipment facilities for large-scale projects needs to take full account of the environmental conditions in the local sea area,and to design and plan ahead of time under the operational limitations of ship movement.Taking a project in the South China Sea as an example,an analysis method of the sea operation climate window based on statistical characteristics of long-term data is proposed.The design results considering seasonal variation of wave height,monthly frequency of typhoon influence,daily occurrence probability and seasonal variation of typhoon intensity were given.This paper can provide reference in the analysis and calculation of climate windows for large offshore installation and operation in the South China Sea.
