深水水下安装工程技术能力提升实践

Practice of Improving Technical Capacity of Deepwater Underwater Installation Engineering

随着陆地和浅海油气资源日益枯竭,深水已成为油气供给的重要接续区,深水水下设施的应用随之增加,其水下安装工程是深水油气田开发工程建设的重要环节。水深的增加对水下安装船舶装备和技术能力提出了更高要求,提升船舶装备和安装技术能力能有效提高作业效率。本文通过总结深水水下安装工程特点,提出在实践中推行“设计前移”与“海上兜底”理念,并介绍了针对流花29-1、流花29-2、流花16-2与陵水17-2等深水油气田开发项目进行的深水工程船装备能力提升、深水水下安装关键核心技术能力提升与实践,并提出了未来发展建议,以期为我国未来深水资源开发提供参考。

With the depletion of land and shallow sea oil and gas resources,deepwater has become an important connection area for oil and gas supply,and the application of deepwater underwater facilities has increased.Underwater installation engineering is an important link in the construction of deepwater oil and gas field development engineering.The increase of water depth demands higher requirements for the underwater installation of ship equipment and technical capacity.Improving the ship equipment and installation technical capacity can effectively improve the operation efficiency.By summarizing the characteristics of deepwater underwater installation engineering,this paper proposes the concept of“moving design forward”and“providing miscellaneous provisions at sea”in practice,introduces the ability improvement of deepwater engineering vessel equipment and the ability improvement and practice of key core technologies of deepwater underwater installation for deepwater oil and gas field development projects such as Liuhua 29-1,Liuhua 29-2,Liuhua 16-2,and Lingshui 17-2,and proposes suggestions for future development.It is expected to provide reference for the development of deepwater resources in China in the future.
