摘要
基于球墨铸铁大型火电低压内缸的结构特点和技术要求,分析了铸造过程中可能出现的缩孔、缩松、汽道粘砂等铸造缺陷。采用中分面向上底注式浇注系统、层片式组合砂芯、冷铁和冒口等工艺方案,通过MAGMA软件对铸件充型、凝固过程模拟分析以及工艺优化,试生产铸件满足技术要求。
Based on the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the large thermal power low pressure inner cylinder of nodular cast iron,the possible casting defects such as shrinkage cavity,shrinkage porosity and steam channel clay in the casting process were analyzed.The MAGMA software is used to simulate the filling and solidification process of the castings and optimize the process,and the pilot production of the castings meets the technical requirements.
