针对热模锻压力机锲块导轨的加工需要,设计了一种专用工装,通过此工装将斜面加工转换为平面加工,解决了实际生产加工中存在的问题。文中介绍了该夹具的结构组成、工作原理等。

In view of the processing needs of the wedge guide rail of the hot die forging press,a special tooling has been designed.Through this tooling,the bevel processing has been converted to plane processing,which solves the problems existing in the actual production and processing.The structure and working principle of the fixture have been introduced in the text.
