摘要 在金属塑性成形过程中,摩擦广泛存在,摩擦对零件的变形均匀程度和热量产生有极其重要的影响。本文建立了热-力耦合的镦粗有限元模型,并着重分析了不同高径比下不同摩擦系数对坯料镦粗鼓的影响规律。结果表明:摩擦系数会显著影响不同高径比坯料镦粗鼓的大小。 In the process of metal plastic forming,the friction exists widely.Friction has a very important influence on the deformation uniformity and heat generation of parts.In the text,the thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of upsetting has been established,and the influence of different friction coefficients on the upsetting drum under different height diameter ratios has been emphatically analyzed.The results show that the friction coefficient can significantly affect the size of the upsetting drum of the blank with different height-diameter ratio.
