增材制造高性能功能梯度材料研究进展 被引量:5

Research progress in additive manufacturing of high performance functional gradient materials

摘要 功能梯度材料是一种成分和结构连续梯度变化的复合材料。FGM可以使用多种成熟的加工方法制造;然而,众所周知,现有的合成方法存在固有的缺点。增材制造(AM)为克服现有方法的缺点提供了一条有益的途径,并且可以实现结构和材料的定制化设计,为创建特定功能的功能梯度材料提供了很好的途径。为了提高增材制造中功能梯度材料的性能,在本文中描述和讨论了目前对结构的优化设计、制造过程的优化两方面做的相关讨论,并深入了解未来的研究方向。 The functional gradient material is a kind of composite material with continuous gradient changes in composition and structure.FGM can be manufactured by various mature processing methods;however,it is well known that the existing synthesis methods have inherent shortcomings.Additive manufacturing(AM)provides an interesting way to overcome the shortcomings of existing methods,and can realize customized design of structures and materials,providing a good way to create functional gradient materials with specific functions.In order to improve the performance of functionally gradient materials in additive manufacturing,the current discussions on structural optimization and manufacturing process optimization have been described and discussed in the text.The future research directions have been further understood.
