摘要
针对机械设备开发周期长、设计重复率高、资源共享程度低的问题,围绕多CAD平台和网络化,开发了异构CAD平台机械设备通用件库。构建了具有混合网络模式的C/S/W体系结构。通过对系统的需求分析,设计了系统功能模块。实现了模型检索、产品选型与客户化定制、模型预览、在线参数化驱动等功能,并能完成对通用件库资源的高效管理及动态扩充。实现了资源的最大程度共享,加快了机械设备的研发速度。
Aiming at the problems of long development cycle,high design repetition rate and low resource sharing of mechanical equipment,a common part library of mechanical equipment with heterogeneous CAD platforms has been developed around multi CAD platforms and networking.The C/S/W architecture with hybrid network mode has been constructed.Through the demand analysis of the system,the system functional modules have been designed.The functions of model retrieval,product selection and customization,model preview,and online parametric drive have been realized.The efficient management and dynamic expansion of general part library resources have been completed.The maximum sharing of resources has been achieved,which accelerates the research and development of mechanical equipment.
