APPLICATION OF ENERGY ISOLATION IN LUOYANG PETROCHEMICAL PRODUCTION UNIT

During the inspection and maintenance of equipment and facilities and the start-up and shutdown process of the production equipment in petrochemical enterprises,the energy isolation requirements should be carefully implemented,which can avoid the accidental release of energy effectively,protect the operators from personal injury and ensure the safety of on-site equipment implementation.Through the implementation of energy isolation requirements and combining with the problems existing in the implementation process of the system and putting forward suggestions and countermeasures accordingly,the safety management level of enterprises has been improved greatly.The first line of defense for the safety in production has been built from the source to achieve the intrinsic safety of the enterprises.
