摘要
交通荷载对埋地管道的作用分析方法包括理论计算、数值模拟、现场实验等,静力分析与理论计算是交通荷载作用下管道结构完整性分析的基础。在进行静力分析、覆土荷载计算后,根据高铁运梁车轮压分布对交通荷载进行计算,从刚度、强度、稳定性等方面对管道的结构完整性进行分析,结果表明:运梁车通行时无法保证管道安全。由此采取临时钢便桥保护措施的建议,确保重型交通荷载作用下管道的可靠运行。
Analysis methods for buried gas transmission pipeline under traffic load include theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field experiment.Static analysis and theoretical calculation are the basis of pipeline structural integrity analysis under traffic load.After the static analysis and overburden load calculation,the traffic load is calculated according to the wheel pressure distribution of the beam carrier in high-speed railway,and the structural integrity of the pipeline is analyzed from the aspects of stiffness,strength and stability.The results show that the safety of the pipeline cannot be ensured when the beam carrier passes,and the proposal of temporary steel bridge protection measures is put forward to ensure the reliable operation of the pipeline under heavy traffic load.
