激光甲烷泄漏监测仪在含硫天然气站场的应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 含硫天然气站场大多采用固定式气体监测仪被动检测气体浓度,环境影响大、响应时间长,存在较大的安全隐患。由激光甲烷泄漏监测仪、防爆箱、光端机和本地服务器组成的激光甲烷泄漏监测系统基于激光吸收光谱技术,并融合物联网智能分析技术可快速发现生产现场含硫天然气轻微泄漏。现场应用表明:在探测范围、灵敏度以及运维费用等方面激光甲烷泄漏监测仪具有明显优势,有一定的推广应用价值。 Most of the sour gas stations use fixed gas monitors to detect gas concentration passively,which has a large environmental impact and a long response time.This poses greater potential safety hazards.The laser methane leakage monitoring system composed of laser methane leakage monitor,explosion-proof box,optical transceiver and local server is based on laser absorption spectroscopy technology and integrated with the intelligent analysis technology of the Internet of Things.This system can detect slight leakage of sour gas at the station quickly.The field application indicates that the laser methane leakage monitor has obvious advantages in detection range,sensitivity,and mainte nance costs.So such monitor is worth promoting for application.
