石化行业合同能源管理业务的环境分析与发展建议

ANALYSIS AND SUGGESTIONS ON ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING BUSINESS IN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY

合同能源管理作为一种市场化节能服务模式,在当前“碳中和”、“碳减排”发展背景下迎来了新的发展机遇:一方面能源发展的变革为节能服务未来的新盈利模式带来多种可能;另一方面,石化行业高质量发展的内驱力为节能服务的发展提供市场。简述了石化行业合同能源管理业务的现状及最新研究进展,在此基础上运用PEST模型,从政治、经济、技术和社会4个方面对上述业务进行了环境分析,并就如何抓住节能产业发展窗口期布局业务发展提出3项发展建议。

Energy performance contracting has ushered in new development opportunities under the current development background of“carbon neutralization”and“carbon emission reduction”:on the one hand,the changes in energy development have brought a variety of possibilities for new profit models for energy-saving services in the future;on the other hand,the internal drive for high-quality development of the petrochemical industry has provided market for the development of energy-saving services.This paper briefly describes the current situation and latest research progress of energy performance contracting business in petrochemical industry first.On this basis,it adopts PEST model to analyze the environment of the above business from such four aspects as politics,economy,technology and society.Finally,the paper puts forward three development suggestions on how to take advantage of the development opportunities to promote business development.
