配合阴道手术助产的助产士资质标准的初步研究

A preliminary study on the qualification standard of midwives cooperating with vaginal surgery

目的构建配合阴道手术助产的助产士资质标准,为规范和完善配合阴道手术助产的助产士遴选及培训提供理论依据。方法采用理论分析、文献回顾以及质性访谈初步拟定条目池,采用德尔菲法对25名专家进行2轮函询,进一步构建配合阴道手术助产的助产士的资质标准。结果2轮专家函询表的有效回收率分别为89.29%、100%,专家权威程度系数为0.902和0.914,最终形成一个含有4个一级条目、38个二级条目的配合阴道手术助产的助产士资质标准的指标体系。结论构建的配合阴道手术助产的助产士资质标准内容科学、合理且具有专科性,对遴选合格的配合阴道手术助产的助产士及相关培训的开展具有指导意义。

Objective To establish the qualification standard of midwives cooperating with vaginal surgery,and to provide theoretical basis for standardizing and perfecting the selection and training of midwives with vaginal surgery.Methods Theoretical analysis,literature review and qualitative interview were used to preliminarily draw up the item pool,and Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation with 25 experts to further establish the qualification standard of midwives cooperating with vaginal surgery midwifery.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation tables were 89.29%and 100%,respectively,and the coefficient of expert authority was 0.902 and 0.914.Finally,an index system of qualification standard for midwives cooperating with vaginal surgery was formed,which contained 4 first-level items and 38 second-level items.Conclusion The content of the qualification standard for midwives cooperating with vaginal surgery is scientific,reasonable and specialized,which has guiding significance for the selection of qualified midwives cooperating with vaginal surgery and the development of related training.
