摘要
社会情感学习是个体在从事社会活动所必备的情感行为和情感技能的学习。《职场英语》教学以社会情感学习的五大核心能力培养为情感目标,结合产出导向法及项目式教学,既能培养学生职场英语语言能力,亦能培养学生具有未来职场成功和生活幸福的技能,同时也可提高学生学业水平和师生幸福指数。
Social Emotional Learning(SEL)is the learning of emotional behavior and emotional skills necessary for an individual to engage in social activities.The teacher of Workplace English takes the five core abilities of SEL as the emotional goals,and combines the teaching with Product-Oriented Approach(POA)and Project-Based Learning(PBL),which can not only improve the students’language ability in workplace English,but also help the students’obtain the skills for successful career and happy life in the future.Meanwhile it can raise students’academic level and enhance the teacher’s and students’happiness index.
