中小企业党组织建设路径探析--以民营中小企业为例

On the Path of Party Organization Construction in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises--Taking Private Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as an Example

随着民营中小企业的发展壮大,民营中小企业党组织建设逐步发展了起来。开展民营中小企业党建工作是中国特色社会主义的必然要求,也是企业健康发展的必然要求。本文运用帕森斯的结构功能主义的AGIL模型,分析了民营中小企业党组织建设作为一种行动系统所发挥的适应功能、目标获取功能、整合功能以及模式维持功能所面临的一些问题,并在此基础上对如何做好民营中小企业党组织建设的路径进行一些探索。

With the development of private small and medium-sized enterprises,their party organization construction has gradually developed.It is an inevitable requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the healthy development of enterprises to carry out the party building work in private small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper uses Parsons’AGIL model of structural functionalism to analyze the adaptive function,goal acquisition function,integration function and model maintenance function of the party organization construction in private small and medium-sized enterprises as an action system.On this basis,it explores how to do a good job in the party organization construction in private small and medium-sized enterprises.
