摘要
校园欺凌严重影响着学生的健康成长,是社会各界广泛关注的热点问题。本文从校园欺凌的概念入手,分析了校园欺凌的民事责任、行政责任和刑事责任,并从加强学校管理、重视法制教育、加强多方联动等方面提出了防治校园欺凌的具体对策。
Campus bullying seriously affects the healthy growth of students,which is a hot issue widely concerned by all sectors of society.Starting from the concept of school bullying,this paper analyzes the civil responsibility,administrative responsibility and criminal responsibility of school bullying,and puts forward specific countermeasures to prevent school bullying from strengthening school management,paying attention to education of legal system and strengthening multi-party linkage.
