民办高校教师转型发展与能力提升研究

摘要 2015年10月,教育部、发展改革委、财政部联合发布《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》,推动有条件的普通高校向应用型转变。民办高校作为我国高校的重要组成部分,同样承担着培养应用型人才和为地方经济发展服务的重要责任,高校在向应用型高校转型发展过程中涉及方方面面,其中拥有一支理论与实践并重的双师型教师队伍是转型发展的重要一环,本文从民办高校的角度出发,针对教师为适应转型发展需要如何提升个人能力做一些探索。 In October,2015,the Ministry of Education,the Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Guiding the Transformation of Some Local Universities to Application-oriented,which promoted the transformation of qualified universities to application-oriented.As an important part of China’s universities,private colleges and universities also bear the important responsibility of cultivating applied talents and serving the local economic development.The process of transformation and development of colleges and universities involves many aspects,among which having a team of double-qualified teachers with equal emphasis on theory and practice is an important part of the transformation and development.From the perspective of private colleges and universities,this paper makes some explorations on how to improve teachers’personal abilities to meet the needs of transformation and development.
