摘要
谱效关系是以活性物质指纹图谱为基础,将其相应活性效果与之相结合的一种研究方法。其采用不同的分析方法得到原料中的化学成分信息,选取适当的试验模型进行活性效果评价,再利用数据分析方法将“谱”与“效”整合分析,找出发挥活性作用的主效因子进行成分鉴定,从而揭示天然植物饲料原料活性物质发挥生物活性的物质基础。文章对天然植物饲料原料活性物质谱效关系的研究思路、研究方法和近年来其在天然植物饲料原料上的应用概况进行了阐述,以期为天然植物饲料原料活性物质的研究提供新的思路。
Spectrum effect relationship is a research method that based on the fingerprint of active sub⁃stances and combined with their corresponding active effects.The chemical composition information of raw materials is obtained by different analysis methods,the appropriate test model is selected for activity effect evaluation,and then the"spectrum"and"effect"are integrated and analyzed by data analysis method to find out the main factors playing an active role for component identification,so as to reveal the material basis for the biological activity of active substances in natural plant as feed material.In this pa⁃per,the research ideas and methods of spectrum effect relationship of active substances in natural plant as feed material and its application in natural plant as feed material in recent years were described,in or⁃der to provide new ideas for the research of active substances in natural plant as feed material.
