摘要
通过单因素试验分析确定废旧复合纺织面料中氨纶的最佳溶解工艺,探讨了不同的溶解时间、浴比及溶解温度对氨纶组分溶解的影响,采用化学溶解法对复合面料进行溶解,先用DMAc对废旧复合面料中的氨纶组分进行溶解,观察溶解氨纶组分是否对麻纤维有影响,并将氨纶组分溶解液制成氨纶薄膜,并对再生产物进行性能表征。结果表明:氨纶的最优溶解工艺为:100%DMAc作为溶剂,氨纶与DMAc的浴比为1∶30,溶解温度为70℃,溶解时间为120 min,溶解效果最好,并且此溶解工艺并没有使剩余麻组分破损,经溶解后的氨纶组分的回收产物可进行再利用。
The best dissolution process of spandex in waste composite textile fabrics was determined by single-factor test analysis,and the effects of different dissolution time,bath ratio and dissolution temperature on the dissolution of spandex components were explored.The chemical dissolution method was used to dissolve the composite fabrics,and the spandex components in waste composite fabrics were firstly dissolved by DMAc to ob-serve whether the dissolved spandex components had any effects on the linen fibers,and the spandex components solution was made into spandex films,and the reproduction products were characterized.The results showed that the optimal dissolution process of spandex was 100%DMAc as the solvent,the bath ratio of spandex to DMAc was 1:30,the dissolution temperature was 70°C,and the dissolution time was 120 min.The dissolution process did not break the remaining hemp components,and the recovered products of the dissolved spandex components could be reused.
