摘要
作为滤袋的特殊部分,接缝在实际工作情况下一旦出现透滤或者破损将导致滤袋整体失效,滤袋接缝的耐疲劳性是决定滤袋使用寿命的重要性能指标,但目前行业中尚无涉及接缝耐疲劳性评价测试方法。实验收集了不同材质的滤袋试样,涵盖缝制和热熔两大接缝成型工艺,模拟滤袋工作中受到的含尘气流及脉冲空气的喷吹作用,采用反复冲顶的试验方法,测试分析冲顶前后接缝区域的透气率,验证冲顶法用于评价滤袋接缝耐疲劳性的可行性。结果表明,此方法适用于测定评价不同材质、不同成型工艺滤袋接缝的耐疲劳性。
As a special part of the filter bags,the damage of the seaming will cause the decrease of filtration efficiency of the whole filter bags,suggesting that the fatigue resistance of the seaming is an important factor influ-encing the lifespan of filter bags,but there is no evaluation method for seaming fatigue resistance.Filter bag sam-ples made of different materials were collected including sewing and thermal pressing seaming molding processes.Adopting repeatedly topping method with a steel ball,filter bags were simulated to be injected with dusty airflow and impulse air in real working condition.The air permeability of the seaming areas of samples before and after topping was tested and analyzed to verify the feasibility of such method to evaluate the seaming fatigue resistance of filter bags.The results showed that the method was suitable to evaluate the seaming fatigue resistance of filter bags with different materials and molding processes.
