摘要
目的分析急诊一氧化碳中毒患者发生迟发性脑病损伤的相关因素。方法回顾性分析河南科技大学第一附属医院2019年12月至2021年5月收治且完成苏醒后60 d假愈期随访的102例急诊一氧化碳中毒患者的临床资料,根据假愈期内迟发性脑病发生情况分为发生组(n=40)和未发生组(n=62),采用logistic回归分析急诊一氧化碳中毒患者发生迟发性脑病损伤的相关因素。结果发生组昏迷时间长、假愈期内贫血、高血压以及高同型半胱氨酸血症与未发生组者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);后进一步建立logistic回归分析模型,结果显示,昏迷时间长、假愈期内贫血、高血压以及高同型半胱氨酸血症是急诊一氧化碳中毒患者发生迟发性脑病损伤的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论昏迷时间长、假愈期内贫血、高血压以及高同型半胱氨酸血症是急诊一氧化碳中毒患者发生迟发性脑病损伤的影响因素。
Objective To explore the related factors of delayed encephalopathy injury in emergency patients with carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted,the clinical data of 102 emergency patients with carbon monoxide poisoning treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from December 2019 to May 2021 and completed 60 days of follow-up after awakening were collected.According to the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy during the false healing period,they were divided into the occurrence group(n=40)and the non occurrence group(n=62).Analyzed the related factors of delayed encephalopathy injury in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning in emergency by logistic regression.Results There was a significant difference between the patients in the occurrence group and those in the non occurrence group in terms of long coma time,anemia,hypertension and hyperhomocysteinemia during the false healing period(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis model was established,and the results showed that long coma time,anemia during the false healing period,hypertension and hyperhomocysteinemia were the related factors of delayed encephalopathy injury in patients with emergency carbon monoxide poisoning(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Long coma time,anemia during the false healing period,hypertension and hyperhomocysteinemia are the related factors of delayed encephalopathy injury in patients with carbon monoxide poisoning in emergency.
