垂体后叶注射液联合Bakri球囊填塞治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果

Effect of Posterior Pituitary Injection Combined with Bakri Balloon Packing in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Due to Uterine Inertia

目的分析垂体后叶注射液联合Bakri球囊填塞治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法选取2019年8月至2022年1月在商丘市第四人民医院接受治疗的100例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组接受垂体后叶注射液治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用Bakri球囊填塞,两组均治疗24 h,比较两组治疗效果、出血量、宫缩情况[宫缩持续时间、子宫底下降速度]以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组12、24 h出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宫缩持续时间较对照组长,子宫底下降速度较对照快(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论垂体后叶注射液联合Bakri球囊填塞治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者效果显著,可减少子宫出血量,改善患者宫缩情况,安全性较好。

Objective To explore the effect of posterior pituitary injection combined with Bakri balloon packing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia.Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia treated in Shangqiu Forth People’s Hospital from August 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.A random number table method was used to divide them into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50),the control group was treated with posterior pituitary injection,and the observation group was filled with Bakri balloon on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 24 hours.The therapeutic effect,bleeding amount,uterine contraction[duration of uterine contraction,descent speed of uterine fundus]and complications 24 hours after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding at 12 and 24 hours in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of uterine contraction in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the descent speed of uterine fundus was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Posterior pituitary injection combined with Bakri balloon packing is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia,which can reduce the amount of uterine bleeding,improve patients’uterine contraction and has high safety.
