Sandwich教学法在肝胆胰腺外科临床护理教学中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨Sandwich教学法在肝胆胰腺外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取河南省人民医院肝胆胰腺外科2021年12月1日至2022年1月31日的100名实习护生展开研究,依据随机数字表法将100名实习护生分为研究组和对照组。对照组接受传统的带教模式进行教学,研究组接受Sandwich教学模式,包括案例导入、设置讨论问题、分组讨论、交叉讨论、带教老师补充。对比两组实习护生教学后理论知识考核和实践能力考核结果、临床综合素养、自主学习能力、教学质量满意度。结果与对照组相比,研究组理论知识、实践能力考核成绩均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组5项素养指标与综合素养总分均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组5项自主学习能力评分以及总分均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组5个维度的教学质量分评分与总分均升高(P<0.05)。结论Sandwich教学法在肝胆胰腺外科临床护理教学中的应用有助于实习护生快速掌握理论知识、实践技能,并提升自身的综合素养、自主学习能力,因此,Sandwich教学法值得在肝胆胰腺外科临床护理教学中推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of Sandwich teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods A total of 100 nursing students from the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from December 1,2021 to January 31,2022 were selected for this study.According to the random number table method,100 nursing students were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group received the traditional teaching mode,while the research group received the Sandwich teaching mode,including case introduction,setting up discussion questions,group discussion,cross discussion and teaching teacher supplement.The results of theoretical knowledge assessment,practical ability assessment,clinical comprehensive literacy,independent learning ability and teaching quality satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability in the study group were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 5 literacy indexes and the total score of comprehensive literacy in the study group were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of autonomous learning ability and total scores of the study group were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the teaching quality score and total score of the five dimensions in the study group were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Sandwich teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of hepatobiliary surgery can help nursing students to quickly master theoretical knowledge and practical skills,improve their comprehensive literacy and independent learning ability.Therefore,Sandwich teaching method can be popularized and applied in clinical nursing teaching.
