摘要
复合式量具是一种可以进行多个尺寸同时检测的专用量具,分为对板和样板,具有高效、快捷、操作简便、适应性强等特点,被广泛应用于机械加工领域。针对某产品零件用复合式量具中对板、样板上的倾斜刻线不易加工的问题进行了工艺研究。在保证样板、对板的刻线精度要求下,提出了整体式刻线方法。通过标准量块、正弦规、平板等标准件将量具的倾斜刻线转换为平行刻线,采用空间尺寸与复合角度相结合的计算方式,确定刻线位置。在36 V安全电压下,经过氯化铵水溶液通电酸烧腐蚀刻线,保证量具刻线的清晰度和耐用性。不仅节省了一般量具刻线过程中辅助工装夹具的制作成本,还提高了量具刻线的加工质量。样板上刻线与对板上刻线之间的刻线误差为零,具有一定的推广意义。
The integrated gage was a special gage which could be used to detect several dimensions simultaneously,which was divided into two parts,that was,the plate and the sample plate,and had the characteristics of efficiency,speediness,easy and simple to handle,strong adaptability and so on,so it was wildly used in the machining field.In view of the problem that it was not easy to process the inclined engraving line on the plate and sample plate in the compound measuring tool for a product,and under the requirement of ensuring the precision of the pattern and the plate,the integral method of inscribing line was put forward.Through the standard parts such is standard gauge block,sinusoidal gauge,flat plate and so on,the inclined notches of the measuring tool were converted into parallel notches,and the position of the notches was determined by combining the space dimension with the compound angle.At the condition of 36 V safe voltage,the etch line was burned through the aqueous solution of ammonium chloride to ensure the clarity and durability of the etch line.The invention could not only save the manufacturing cost of the auxiliary fixture in the process of the general measuring tool marking,but also improve the processing quality of the measuring implement inscribing line.The marking error between the marking on the sample plate and the marking on the opposite plate was zero,so it had certain popularization significance.
