摘要
为有效保护打磨过程中人员身心安全,消除粉尘噪声污染,提高产品表面加工一致性,开展了飞机起落架结构件智能打磨技术研究,建设了飞机起落架智能打磨单元,根据起落架特有的结构特点,制定了与之匹配的工艺流程。飞机起落架结构件智能打磨单元由ABB六轴机器人、打磨工作台、多工位刀具库、扫描定位系统、负压集尘系统、防护罩以及电控系统等11个模块构成。详细介绍了起落架结构件智能打磨工艺流程、单元组成、数控编程、激光扫描测量、恒力浮动打磨、快换装置等相关技术,打通了起落架结构件智能打磨的产品研制过程,实现了高效化、专业化生产。飞机起落架结构件智能打磨技术为建设柔性、智能、绿色环保的起落架制造装配系统提供了技术支持。开展飞机起落架结构件智能打磨技术研究,是提升起落架质量、性能、效率的必经之路。
In order to effectively protect the physical and mental safety of personnel in the grinding process,eliminate dust and noise pollution,and improve the consistency of product surface processing,it was studied that the intelligent grinding technology of aircraft landing gear structural parts,and the intelligent grinding unit of aircraft landing gear was built.According to the unique structural characteristics of landing gear,the matching technological process was developed.The intelligent grinding unit of aircraft landing gear structural parts was composed of 11 modules including the ABB six-axis robot,the grinding table,the multi-station tool library,scanning and positioning system,negative pressure dust collection system,protective cover,electric control system and so on.The intelligent grinding process flow,unit composition,numerical control programming,laser scanning measurement,constant force floating grinding,fast changing device and other related technologies were introduced in details,which made the product development process of intelligent grinding of landing gear structural parts unblocked,and realized high efficiency and professional production.Intelligent grinding technology of aircraft landing gear structure provided technical support for the construction of flexible,intelligent and green landing gear manufacturing and assembly system.It was the only way to improve the quality,performance and efficiency of landing gear for developing intelligent grinding technology for aircraft landing gear structural parts.
