摘要
针对轨道交通连接器密封件密封失效影响车辆运行安全的问题,研究分析了密封件在轨道交通不同密封环境中密封设计的选型、设计沟槽、计算压力和安装方式等。简要介绍了密封件的密封形式,阐述了橡胶密封原理以及不同压缩量对密封性能的影响,说明了密封件的种类、特点和应用范围,提出了密封件安装时的注意事项。通过实例详细说明了在实际设计中如何选择橡胶、计算橡胶的换算弹性模量及应力,并设计结构件密封沟槽尺寸以产生足够压力保证的橡胶压缩量,实现密封。通过试验验证了该设计方法是有效的。
It was mainly studied and analyzed that the selection,groove design,pressure calculation and installation mode of seal design in different sealing environments of rail traffic aimed at the problems of failure of connectors sealing element of rail traffic which affected the safety of vehicle operating.We briefly introduced the sealing form of the sealing element,expounded the rubber sealing principle and the influence of different compression on the sealing performance,and explained the types,characteristics and application scope of the sealing element,on the basis of that,put forward the matters which need pay attention in the installation of the sealing element.Through an example,we explained how to select rubber,calculate the converted elastic modulus and stress of rubber in the actual design in details,and designed the size of sealing groove of structural parts to produce enough pressure to ensure the amount of rubber compression so as to realize sealing.The experiment showed that the design method was effective.
