抽水蓄能电站上水库纳雨能力的分级预警研究

摘要 局地暴雨对大坝运行安全存在巨大影响,而抽水蓄能电站的上水库因为库容小,大部分未设置泄洪设施,故而局地暴雨对抽蓄上水库的影响更大。为有效监控局地暴雨对抽蓄上水库的影响,实现快速分级预警的目的,本研究基于纳雨能力计算原理,考虑水库参数、泄洪调度、产汇流等因素,利用现阶段成熟的降雨预报技术,对抽蓄上水库的纳雨能力进行分级预警。通过分级预警,实现上水库纳雨能力的快速实时监控,以便及时调整抽、放水工况,达到保障大坝防洪安全的目的。 Local rainstorm has a great impact on the operation safety of dams in China.Most of the upper reservoirs of pumped storage power stations are not equipped with flood discharge facilities because of their small storage capacity.Local rainstorm has a greater impact on the upper reservoirs of pumped storage power stations.In order to effectively monitor the impact of local rainstorm on the pumped storage upper reservoir and realize the purpose of rapid hierarchical early warning,based on the calculation principle of rainwater receiving capacity,the mature rainfall prediction technology at this stage is used to carry out hierarchical early warning of the rainwater receiving capacity of the pumped storage upper reservoir,considering reservoir parameters,flood discharge operation,runoff and confluence and other factors.Through hierarchical early warning,the rapid and real-time monitoring of the rainwater receiving capacity of the upper reservoir is realized,so as to timely adjust the water pumping and drainage conditions so as to ensure the flood control safety of the dam.
