摘要
在灭火、抗震救灾以及抗洪抢险等应急救援现场,参加救援单位多、人员复杂,各类救援指挥信号、灾民求救信号、新闻报道信号、后勤补给以及物资发放等用频需求集中,极容易造成通信设备自扰和互扰问题,从而干扰应急救援指挥通信。为了规避这种风险,文章分析研究了大型应急救援行动中通信频谱资源保障问题,给出了合理的应对措施。
