基于图像处理的弦丝画机器人设计

摘要 弦丝画是一种新兴艺术,针对人工绘制烦琐易出错、耗时长等问题,文章设计了一款弦丝画机器人系统,该系统由上位机和下位机两部分组成。上位机利用Open CV识别算法进行图像颜色的识别,进行弦丝画步骤的解算、绘制步骤的储存;下位机负责驱动步进电机完成绕线动作。实验结果表明,设计的弦丝画机器人能够自主完成识图、解算及绕线画的绘制,系统结构简单,操作方便,绘制图案精美。 String silk painting is a new art. Aiming at the problems of tedious and error prone manual drawing and timeconsuming, this paper designs a string silk painting robot system, which consists of upper computer and lower computer. The upper computer uses the OpenCV recognition algorithm to recognize the image color, solve the string silk drawing steps, and store the drawing steps;The lower computer is responsible for driving the stepping motor to complete the winding action. The experimental results show that the designed string silk drawing robot can finish drawing, solving and winding drawing independently. The system has simple structure, convenient operation and beautiful drawing patterns.
