摘要 随着人们生活水平的提升,人们对食品的要求日益提高,对食品卫生安全也十分关注。食用添加剂是绝大多数食品类产品中不可或缺的成分,其可以用来改善食品类外观、色调和口感,目前越来越多食用添加剂被大量用于食品类生产加工中,对食品卫生安全有重要影响。因此,科学研究食用添加剂的功效及其安全显得尤为重要。本文阐述了食用添加剂的定义和作用,分析了食用添加剂使用中存在的问题,并提出提高食品添加剂安全性的对策与建议,以期能为食品行业的安全生产提供帮助。 With the improvement of people’s living standards and the pursuit of the beauty of life quality,people’s requirements for food are increasing,and they also pay great attention to food hygiene and safety.Food additives are indispensable ingredients in most food products,which can be used to improve the appearance,color and taste of food.At present,more and more food additives are widely used in food production and processing,which has an important impact on food health and safety.Therefore,scientific research on the efficacy and safety of food additives is particularly important.This paper expounds the definition and function of food additives,analyzes the problems existing in the use of food additives,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the safety of food additives,hoping to provide help for the safety production of food industry.
