浅析网购食品的安全监管机制

Analysis on the Safety Supervision Mechanism of Food Purchased Online

网购食品因网络的虚拟性、广泛性在交易过程中更加隐蔽而无法保证其来源和质量,易导致食品安全监管不到位。当前食品安全监管体系有待健全,网店食品经营者自律性相对较差,造成网购食品的虚假交易甚多,其安全风险愈来愈大,因此加强网购食品安全监管势在必行,完善其安全监管体制迫在眉睫。本文针对网购食品的监管现状,结合现行的法制规章,着力探索完善网购食品安全监管的途径,以促进其有效机制的健康发展。

The virtual and extensive nature of the network makes online food more hidden in the transaction process and cannot guarantee its source and quality,which easily leads to inadequate food safety supervision.At present,the food safety supervision system needs to be improved.The self-discipline of online food operators is relatively poor,resulting in a lot of false transactions of online shopping food,and its safety risks are growing.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the safety supervision of online shopping food,and improve its safety supervision system.This paper aims at the current supervision situation of online shopping food,combined with the current legal regulations,and strives to explore ways to improve the safety supervision of online shopping food,so as to promote the healthy development of its effective mechanism.
