食品安全问题关乎消费者身体健康和生命安全,同时也影响国家经济的发展。食品检测是保障食品安全性的重要手段之一,对于促进食品行业的稳定持续发展具有积极作用。因此,必须要予以重视。目前,我国食品检测工作中还存在一些问题,严重限制了食品检验工作的开展。基于此,文章分析了食品检测技术现状,并且提出了一些改进措施,以期为食品检测技术发展提供一些帮助。

Food safety concerns the health and life safety of consumers,and also affects the development of national economy.Food testing is one of the important means to ensure food safety,and plays a positive role in promoting the stable and sustainable development of the food industry.Therefore,we must pay attention to it.At present,there are still some problems in the food inspection work in China,which seriously limits the development of food inspection work.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of food testing technology,and puts forward some improvement measures in order to provide some help for the development of food testing technology.
