农产品中农药残留检测能力验证实施方案及关键控制点分析

Implementation Plan and Analysis of Critical Control Points for Proficiency Testing of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products

能力验证是利用实验室间的比对,对实验室的校准或检测工作进行判定,目的是确定某个实验室进行某些特定检测或测量的能力,以及监控实验室的持续能力,同时是检验实验室检测能力和提高检测水平的重要手段。近几年在经济高质量发展的环境下,农药残留所引起的食品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注,继而对农药残留检测的能力提出更高的要求,监管部门组织的能力验证也越来越频繁且难度逐年递增。本文在多年组织实施农产品中农药残留检测能力验证工作基础上,对实施方案及关键控制点进行分析。

Capability verification is to use the comparison between laboratories to determine the calibration or testing work of the laboratory.The purpose is to determine the ability of a laboratory to carry out some specific tests or measurements,and to monitor the continuous ability of the laboratory.At the same time,it is an important means to test the testing ability of the laboratory and improve the testing level.In the environment of high quality and economic development in recent years,caused by the pesticide residues on food safety problem more and more get the attention of people,and then to the pesticide residue detection ability put forward higher requirements,regulatory organization’s ability to verify is becoming more and more frequent and the difficulty in increasing year by year.In this paper,in the years to organize the implementation of agricultural pesticide residue detection capability validation based on work,analyze the implementation plan and critical control points.
