摘要
为方便现场检测农产品中抗生素残留情况以及解决实验室检测样本量多时导致检测耗时长等问题,本文结合免疫层析技术和上转换发光纳米材料研制了一种可快速定量检测豆芽中甲硝唑残留量的试纸。通过对抗体偶联pH值优化,标记颗粒粒径筛选,包被浓度的确定,在最优条件下制备了上转换发光免疫层析试纸,该技术的方法检测限可达1.01 ng·mL,加标回收率为90.6%~99.7%,变异系数为3.5%~19.4%,检测时间为10 min。
In order to facilitate the on-site detection of antibiotic residues in agricultural products and solve the problem of time-consuming detection caused by large sample size in laboratory,this paper developed a fast and quantitative test paper for metronidazole residues in bean sprouts by combining immunochromatography technology and up-conversion materials.By optimizing the pH value of antibody conjugation,screening the particle size of labeled particles and determining the coating concentration,upconversion immunochromatography test paper was prepared under the optimal conditions.The detection limit of this technology was 1.01 ng·mL,the recovery rate was 90.6%~99.7%,the coefficient of variation was 3.5%~19.4%,and the detection time was 10 min.
