摘要
本文以吉林省伊通满族自治县及省内其他满族自治乡镇的满族聚居地居民为调查对象,分析满族传统食品种类以及食物资源来源方式,在此基础上,探索其现代化开发路径,为满族传统食品资源的现代化开发提供理论依据。
Taking the residents of Manchu settlements in Yitong Manchu Autonomous county of Jilin province and other Manchu autonomous towns in Jilin province as the survey objects,this paper analyzes the types of Manchu traditional food and the sources of food resources,and on this basis,explores the path of its modernization development,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the modernization development of Manchu traditional food resources.
