With the continuous progress and development of society,people’s living standards and quality have also been continuously improved.Baijiu has become the most popular drink in people’s daily life,which has promoted the progress in the field of Baijiu.However,there are still many lawbreakers who use working alcohol to blend Baijiu,resulting in excessive methanol content in Baijiu and causing serious harm to human health.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the detection of methanol content in Baijiu at present.According to the above problem,this paper analyze the Baijiu in the methanol inspection method,at the same time introduces the Baijiu examine the error reason of methanol and methanol detection method in the Baijiu are discussed,and puts forward the effective methods on how to control methanol content in Baijiu,in order to effectively carry out inspection work to provide important reference in methanol.
