微量元素Fe、Co、Ni对养殖粪污厌氧发酵产气性能及微生物群落结构影响 被引量:1

Effects of Trace Elements Fe,Co and Ni on Gas Production Performance and Microbial Community Structure of Anaerobic Fermentation of Cultured Manure

摘要 添加微量元素可以提高厌氧发酵系统稳定性,同时提高沼气产量。本次研究考察微量元素对厌氧发酵过程中产沼气量和微生物群落影响,结果表明,添加单一Co、Ni元素和混合Fe、Co、Ni元素条件下产气量分别提高了1.18倍、1.69倍、1.85倍。高通量测序结果显示,添加微量元素增加了厌氧发酵系统中微生物的多样性和物种丰度,研究结果表明微量元素对厌氧发酵优势菌群的生长和活性具有正向作用,提高了厌氧发酵产气量。该结果可为微量元素提高厌氧发酵效能提供借鉴。 Adding trace elements can improve the stability of anaerobic fermentation system and increase biogas production at the same time.In this study,the effects of trace elements on biogas production and microbial community during anaerobic fermentation were investigated.The results showed that the gas production increased by 1.18 times,1.69 times and 1.85 times respectively under the conditions of adding single Co,Ni elements and mixed Fe,Co and Ni elements times.The results of high-throughput sequencing showed that trace elements increased the diversity and species abundance of microorganisms in the anaerobic fermentation system.The results showed that trace elements had a positive effect on the growth and activity of the dominant flora in anaerobic fermentation,and improved anaerobic fermentation gas production.The results can provide reference for trace elements to improve the efficiency of anaerobic fermentation.
