摘要
随着不饱和聚酯树脂用量的日益增长,生产过程排放的大量废水、废气、废渣造成环境污染问题也越来越成为人们关注的焦点。本文详细梳理了不饱和聚酯树脂生产过程“三废”产生途径与治理方法。高浓度有机废水先进行蒸发精馏预处理除去水分,回收95%以上的原料浓液,进行循环使用处理。高浓度废气进入蓄热焚烧炉(RTO)焚烧后高空烟囱排放,低浓度废气采用活性炭吸附。废渣采用压渣法将废液挤压出,废液循环使用,废渣固态化后作危废处理。该方法在工业实践中收到良好的效果,可在不饱和聚酯树脂行业中推广应用。
With the increasing consumption of unsaturated polyester resin,the environmental pollution caused by a large amount of waste water,waste gas and waste residue from the production process has become the focus of attention.In this paper,the generation way and treatment methods of “three wastes” in the production process of unsaturated polyester resin are described in detail.High concentration organic waste water is pretreated by evaporative distillation to remove water,and more than 95% of the raw materials are recovered for recycling.The high concentration waste gas is discharged from the high-altitude chimney after entering the regenerative incinerator (RTO) for incineration,and the low concentration waste gas is adsorbed by activated carbon.The waste residue is extruded by the slag pressing method.The waste liquid from extruded is recycled.The waste residue is treated as hazardous waste after being solidified.This method has achieved good results in industrial practice and can be popularized and applied in unsaturated polyester resin industry.
