Hot dip galvanizing is the main means of anti-corrosion protection of steel materials,but it needs to consume a lot of resources and energy in the production process,and emit a lot of toxic and harmful pollutants.It is urgent to transform to green development.This paper expounds the current situation of batch hot-dip galvanizing industry,and introduces the application of clean production technology in batch hot-dip galvanizing industry from raw and auxiliary materials,energy,technology,equipment,waste and other aspects in view of the main problems in the industry,so as to provide technical reference for the green transformation of enterprises.
