摘要
本论文以9-蒽甲醛和苯乙腈衍生物及2,4-二硝基苯磺酰氯合成了一种9-蒽甲醛衍生物的荧光探针。对其进行了~1H NMR和质谱表征确认,并对产物进行紫外吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱等测试,对探针分子的光学性质进行了研究。结果表明,9-蒽甲醛衍生物对谷胱甘肽具有灵敏度高的响应特性,随着谷胱甘肽的加入,荧光效应开启。随着时间的增长,荧光发光效应越来越强。这可以为检测谷胱甘肽的荧光探针的开发提供一定的理论基础和潜在应用价值。
In this paper,a fluorescent probe of 9-anthracaldehyde derivatives was synthesized from 9-anthracaldehyde derivatives,phe-nylacetonitrile derivatives and 2,4-dinitrobenzene sulfonyl chloride.It was characterized by ~1H NMR and mass spectrometry,and the product was tested by ultraviolet absorption spectrum,fluorescence emission spectrum and so on.The optical properties of the probe molecule were studied.The results showed that the 9-anthracene formaldehyde derivatives had high sensitivity to glutathione,and the fluorescence effect was activated with the addition of glutathione.As time goes on,the luminescence effect becomes stronger and stronger.This can provide a theoretical basis and potential application value for the development of fluorescent probes for detecting glutathione.
