山东省省会经济圈高铁可达性测度与空间联系

Accessibility measurement and spatial relationship of high-speed rail in the capital economic circle of Shandong Province

为研究高速铁路开通对区域发展的影响,以山东省省会经济圈城市群为研究对象,利用可达性模型、引力模型和ArcGIS可视化分析功能,对辖区内的途外可达性、全程可达性及空间经济联系情况进行研究。结果表明:省会经济圈城市群高铁站点覆盖率低、公共交通配置率低和高速铁路站点选址偏远是导致经济圈区域内通达性改善不足的主要原因,与高速铁路开通前对比发现,高速铁路开通并没有效改善辖区间的全程可达性;从区域空间联系看,高速铁路开通加速了空间要素的流动,省会经济圈内各辖区经济联系总量明显提高,辖区之间的经济联系强度也增幅显著,区域发展的不平衡性和不协调性问题日益突出。

In order to study the impact of the opening of high-speed railway on regional development,taking the urban agglomeration of Shandong provincial capital economic circle as the research object,this paper presents the off-road accessibility,whole process accessibility and spatial economic connection within the jurisdiction by using accessibility model,gravity model and ArcGIS visual analysis function.The results show that the low coverage of high-speed railway stations,the low allocation rate of public transport and the remote location of high-speed railway stations in the urban agglomeration of the provincial capital economic circle are the main reasons for the insufficient improvement of accessibility in the economic circle.Compared with before the opening of high-speed railway,it is found that the opening of high-speed railway does not effectively improve the whole process accessibility of the jurisdiction;From the perspective of regional spatial connection,the opening of high-speed railway has accelerated the flow of spatial elements,significantly increased the total amount of economic connection among jurisdictions in the provincial capital economic circle,increased the intensity of economic connection between jurisdictions,and increasingly highlighted the imbalance and disharmony of regional development.
