物流园区与产业集群协同发展

A study of coordinated development between logistics park and industrial cluster

物流园区和产业集群的协同关系对提升区域经济发展具有重要意义。为分析物流园区与产业集群的互动关系,从实证研究的视角探讨区域产业支撑物流园区发展、物流园区对区域产业发展提供基础性支撑的协同关系。以佳木斯天润产业园区为例,在探讨佳木斯市产业需求和区域产业发展趋势的基础上,实证分析物流园区与产业集群的协同发展关系。提出实现物流园区与产业集群协同发展的有效策略:坚持以市场和区域产业需求为导向开展物流园区规划,加强地方政府在物流园区与区域产业集群协同发展中的重要作用,积极培育并强化市场主体产业的引领意愿,突出物流园区的运营创新性。结果表明,该策略可使物流园区与产业集群发展的协同性由低水平向高水平发展。

The collaborative relationship between logistics parks and industrial clusters is very important for promoting regional economic development.In order to analyze the interactive relationship between logistics parks and industrial clusters, this paper discusses the collaborative relationship based on the perspective of empirical research, and further investigates regional industries supporting the development of logistics parks and logistics parks providing basic support for the development of regional industries.Taking Jiamusi Tianrun industrial park as the research unit, this paper empirically analyzes the cooperative development relationship between logistics park and industrial cluster.This paper puts forward effective strategies to realize the coordinated development of logistics parks and industrial clusters, including insisting on the demand of the market and the needs of the local industry to plan the logistics park, strengthening the important role of the regional government, cultivating the market main body to strengthen its industrial leading will, and highlighting the innovation of the logistics operationmode.The results show that these strategies will lead the coordinated development of logistics park and industrial cluster from low level to a higher level.
