摘要
电能计量装置类型多且现场接线方式复杂,现有误接线数学模型和误接线检测的智能化程度均难以满足现场检测要求。本文提出了电能计量误接线检测建模方法,建立了适应性较强的误接线识别模型。通过引入两组参数函数和数据关联分析,建立参数函数形式,使误接线识别模型具有较好的适应性。在此基础上,设计了电能计量检测装置接线数据智能管理系统,设计系统基于现场工作仪器与远方后台,运用了低延迟数据交互、实时信息传输、分层架构技术、云端智能技术等综合方法设计分布式现场远方交互架构的数据智能管理系统。实验结果表明,本文提出的电能计量装置误接线数学模型和管理系统可对误接线类型进行准确分类,检测有效性和实时性好,为解决电能计量装置多重误接线检测提供了重要技术手段。
There are many types of electric energy metering devices and the on-site wiring methods are complex.The existing mathematical models of mis-wiring and the degree of intelligence of mis-wiring detection are difficult to meet the requirements of on-site detection.In this paper,a method for detection and modeling of electrical energy metering misconnection is proposed,and a model for identifying misconnection with strong adaptability is established.By introducing two sets of parameter functions and data correlation analysis,the parameter function form is established,so that the miswiring identification model has better adaptability.On this basis,the intelligent management system of the wiring data of the electric energy measuring and testing device is designed,which is based on the field working instruments and remote backstage,an intelligent data management system based on low-delay data interaction,real-time information transmission,layered architecture and cloud-based intelligent technology is designed.The experimental results show that the proposed mathematical model and management system can accurately classify the types of miswiring,and have good detection effectiveness and real-time performance,it provides an important technical means to solve the multiple miswiring detection of electric energy metering device.
