超细旦锦纶羽绒面料的开发与性能探究

Development and Performance Exploration of Ultrafine Denier Nylon Down Fabric

文章采用20 D/24 f细旦锦纶消光全牵伸丝与20 D/68 f超细旦锦纶消光全牵伸丝经纬交织,通过对织造与染整生产工艺的研究与优化,开发出超细旦棉感锦纶羽绒服面料,并通过与类似规格细旦涤纶羽绒面料的性能对比测试,进一步验证了超细旦锦纶在羽绒面料开发中的应用优势。

The ultrafine denier cotton-feeling nylon down fabric was weaved by fine denier fully matt nylon FDY 20 D/24 f in the warp and ultrafine denier fully matt nylon FDY 20 D/68 f in the weft.Based on the research and optimization of the weaving,and dyeing and finishing process,the study develops a new kind of ultrafine denier nylon down fabric.By testing and comparing it with fine denier polyester down fabrics with similar specifications,the application advantages of ultrafine denier nylon in the development of down fabric were verified.
