摘要
2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办,将促使我国冰雪运动飞速发展。加快发展冰雪产业,支持企业开发科技含量高、拥有自主知识产权的冰雪科技产品是当前我国建设体育强国的一项重要任务。文章从专利角度出发,以竞技滑雪服功能性设计为研究主题,针对涉及滑雪服面料防风保暖、防水、透气及耐磨等功能性设计的全球专利进行分析,通过深入研究功能性技术发展脉络及重点专利申请主体,梳理解决竞技滑雪服关键技术问题,以期为我国未来滑雪服的研发生产提供技术参考。
The holding of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will promote ice and snow sports in China.Speeding up the development of the ice and snow industry and supporting enterprises to develop relevant products with high technology content and independent intellectual property rights are the top priorities for China to build into a country strong on sports.From the perspective of patents,taking the functional design of fabrics in competition-type skiwear as the study subjects,the paper analyzes related global patents in fields of windproof and warmth,waterproof,breathability,and wear-resisting.Through in-depth research on the development of functional technologies and key fields of patent application,the paper concludes the key technical problems faced by competition-type skiwear,providing technical references for the future development and production of skiwear in China.
