推进碳达峰、碳中和是党中央依据国内局势与国际局势作出的重大战略决策,也是贯彻新发展理念、推动经济实现高质量发展的内在要求,还是推进人类命运共同体建设的一种重要路径、实现中华民族永续发展的必然选择,展现了中国作为全球生态文明建设的重要参与者、贡献者、引领者的大国担当。“双碳”的四对关系有其深厚的哲学基础,主要体现在三个方面——联系观、系统观、矛盾观,对这四对关系的哲学基础进行探析将有利于人们深入到哲学层面来理解和把握“双碳”对我国的重要性和必要性。当前,我国已经进入了新的发展阶段,迈上了新的台阶,必须充分认识实现“双碳”目标的紧迫性和艰巨性,既要坚定信心迎难而上,又要脚踏实地扎实推进,辩证地把握好“双碳”目标中的四对关系,确保如期实现“双碳”目标。

The goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee in light of the domestic and international situation.It is also an inherent requirement for implementing new development concepts and promoting high-quality economic development.It is also an important path to promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.This shows China’s responsibility as a major country as an important participant,contributor and leader in global ecological progress.Four pairs of“double carbon”relationship have its deep philosophical foundation,mainly embodied in three aspects-contact concept,system concept,contradiction concept.Analyzing the philosophical foundation of four pairs of relationship will help people deeply to understand and grasp the importance and necessity of“double carbon”relationship to our country in philosophical level.At present,our country has entered a new stage of development,in the new stage,must fully understand urgency and difficulty of achieving“double carbon”,as well as confidence going,and down-to-earth made solid progress,dialectically grasp four pairs of relations of"double carbon"target,ensure the timely realization of“double carbon”goal.
